Using SwearJar constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the bot.
2. Use of SwearJar
- SwearJar assists with monitoring and tracking swearing activity in Discord servers.
- Users must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- The bot must not be used for illegal, abusive, or malicious purposes.
3. Data and Privacy
The bot collects only the data described in the Privacy Policy. By using the bot, you consent to this collection and use.
4. Availability
The bot is provided “as-is” without guarantees of uptime, performance, or feature availability.
5. Intellectual Property
SwearJar and all associated branding, code, and documentation are property of the bot owner. Redistribution or derivative works require explicit permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
The bot owner is not responsible for any damages, data loss, or moderation decisions based on bot data. Use at your own risk.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify the bot owner from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of SwearJar or violation of these Terms.
8. Termination
The bot owner may suspend or terminate access for any user or server violating these Terms. Removing the bot terminates its operation for that server.
9. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the bot constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
